- Please be mindful to check the email address from which the communications you are receiving are being sent from and check that it is coming from a legitimate domain (e.g. @ffca.org and NOT @gmail.com).

- All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee to hold the reservation. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 72 hours prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made prior to arrival at no charge, and with Reservations Director approval.

Cancellation: Cancellation required by 4:00 p.m. EST at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax.
Hyatt Regency Orlando

Cancellation: Standard cancellation policy is 72 hours before arrival. Reservations cancelled within a 72 hour time frame will be subject to a 1st night’s room and tax charge.
