Very aggressive third parties have been reaching out to vendors, attendees and affiliates of the Florida Fire & EMS Conference. Please be advised of the following:
- We do NOT sell any attendee lists. These offers are fraudulent.
- We do NOT engage any third parties to book hotel accommodations.
- NONE of our suppliers will contact you by phone unless you have initiated contact.
- Please be mindful to check the email address from which the communications you are receiving are being sent from and check that it is coming from a legitimate domain (e.g. @ffca.org and NOT @gmail.com).
- When in doubt, please contact us at info@ffca.org or (850) 900-5180 with any questions or concerns.
ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER
Conference Host Location – North/South Concourse

Please review and note the below regarding the host location to best prepare for attending the conference:
- For attendees who plan on driving, the Orange County Convention Center operates on-site vehicle parking. Please ensure you follow signs for South Concourse parking (same building as North Concourse) and NOT West Concourse as they are separate buildings.
- Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.
- Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.
- Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.
- The host hotel, Hilton Orlando, is connected to the South Concourse by skybridge, and parking fees at the hotel are by day. Avoid excessive or re-entry fees by booking accommodations at the host hotel.
- Food and beverage will be available for sale at the convention center.

Hands-On-Training (H.O.T) Host Location
The Orange County Fire Rescue Training Facility is a state-of-the-art complex built to meet the evolving demands of today’s fire service. The site features nine specialized training structures — including a live burn building and multi-story drill towers — designed to deliver realistic, scenario-based training. With dedicated spaces for classroom instruction and hands-on simulations, the facility provides an immersive environment that strengthens readiness and lifesaving skills for first responders.
